I had an amazing experience working with Craig and Curt for my company’s signage. My business is in Santa Ana and getting a building sign approved through the city is notoriously hard. Some busineses don’t even bother trying to get a sign permit in Santa Ana because it can be so difficult. But my building absolutely needed a sign outside, plus I had to post hours of operation and other information at my door so I had to get a sign approved. These guys were able to make it happen regardless of permitting errors from the city, and a global pandemic! From start to finish, I could not be happier with the process. We started with a list of items I knew I wanted, an outdoor building display, some parking stall signs, something on my door posting hours and contact information and a lobby sign inside. We had to work around some specific limitations from the city but it all worked out in the end and these guys were great and hard-working through it all. I ended up with beautiful signage and their ideas and suggestions we’re spot on. Working out a design was super fun! I loved collaborating on font and color preference and my company is getting really great feedback on the work they did. Everyone compliments my sign outside and the lobby display is stunning! The Blackparrot VizzComm signage crew really knows their stuff so I think they’re a great fit for a client that needs some help making decisions on what would work best or if you’re not sure what kind of signage needs you have. I highly recommend this company and feel very pleased with the work that was done for my business.

I can’t rave about Curt and Craig enough! We met with three companies in person and got 6 quotes total. Not only was the pricing here very reasonable – the design and customer service was phenomenal! Curt made the process from start to finish almost too easy. And Craig is a magician with his graphic design skills. We sent our logo over for a mock up and Craig took some design liberty and completely blew us away. To the point that we altered our original logo immediately for all of our other marketing. This is the main reason we went with Black Parrot. And I am so pleased with this decision. It’s important for me to note that we were on a bit of a time crunch with an event happening and wanting signage (window and indoor wall) done prior to the event. They pulled it off and the install was seamless! We will for sure be using them again when we expand later this year and anytime we need more signage. I highly recommend this team!
