The Huntington Pacifica is a professional office building located in the heart of Huntington Beach. This three-story structure hosts a variety of offices, clinics, and more. With a diverse clientele going in and out of the facility, it’s important to have a vibrant and engaging space. This is where VizComm Signs & Graphics came in.
The client and their board wanted to update their indoor space. Their vision consisted of bringing in custom Huntington Beach artworks and scenes to be displayed around the building. Along with that is adding some key branding elements.
Bringing The Project to Life
Our team at VizComm Signs & Graphics has been in contact with the client for over a year, going back and forth on the best way to bring their artistic vision to life. We worked closely with their HOA board and their design committee about the best approach to updating their space. Finally, we decided on vibrant prints that would be installed around the building.
We began with sourcing concept pictures and meeting with their board to present design ideas, select materials, and define our approach. Once they approved the concept, we proceeded with renderings, sourcing art, and obtaining proof approvals. We also created a plan for the best spots to install the art pieces.
Ultimately, 23 beautiful prints in changeable frames were fabricated, featuring iconic photos of Huntington Beach. These helped elevate the building’s aesthetic. Not only that, but the custom artwork created an immersive experience for visitors and tenants alike.
Additionally, they wanted to add some branding elements to their building space. Our team created a simple yet stunning dimensional lobby sign with their name and logo. We also added a wall mural that showcases the vibrant spirit of Huntington Beach.
Along with the custom artwork spread around the building, all these details help leave a lasting impression on anyone who enters.
